DON E. WEEKS, CEO (don@dweeks.com)

Don has over forty years of experience in the insurance industry with special emphasis on annuities and employee benefits. Don has been involved in the negotiation of serious personal injury claims utilizing the structured settlement concept for over thirty years which qualifies him as a pioneer in the industry.

Don is a Charter, Life and Qualifying member of the Top of The Table, and a Life and Qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table. For the last 34 years he has qualified for the Million Dollar Round Table's prestigious Top of the Table designation, which recognizes the "Best of the Best" insurance agents based on sales and performance. Don is an Associate of the American Society of Pension Actuaries, the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and the National Structured Settlements Trade Association.

Don is an organizing Director and shareholder of Trinity Bank, N.A., the first new bank organized in West Fort Worth since 1984. He is a former Board Member of Allied/First Interstate Bank of Fort Worth, Downtown (now Wells Fargo), a former member of the City of Fort Worth Zoning Commission, and is a Board Member of the Southwestern Exposition and Livestock Show and after twenty-five years of service has been elevated to Honorary Vice President, and is the Founder and Chairman Emeritus of the Fort Worth Stock Show Syndicate that has raised over $29,000,000 for Texas 4H and FFA youth since 1980. Don is also a former "lay" member of the State Bar of Texas Disciplinary Review Committee.

DIRK E. WEEKS, Vice President (dirk@dweeks.com)

Since 1994 Dirk has been an advocate on behalf of injury victims and their rights concerning structured settlements. In 1996, as one of fewer than 400 current industry professionals, he earned the designation of Certified Structured Settlement Consultant (CSSC), developed in conjunction with the executive program at the University of Notre Dame. Dirk is a member of the Society of Settlement Planners (SSP), National Alliance of Medicare Set-Aside Professionals (NAMSAP) and the National Structured Settlements Trade Association (NSSTA). Dirk attends mediations and meetings providing structured settlement illustrations and educating plaintiffs and their counsel on the proper uses and benefits of structured settlements. He assists counsel with every step of the structured settlement process and is available to attend prove-up hearings for minors and incapacitated adults. In addition to these services, Dirk also provides advice regarding government assistance programs. Dirk has been involved in over 2,000 structured settlements. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Texas State University, formerly Southwest Texas State University. Dirk is a former Board Member and Treasurer of Texas Heritage Inc. "Thistle Hill", a preservation society.

PAMELA K. HILLIARD, Senior Vice President (pam@dweeks.com)

Pam has over twenty-five years experience in the insurance industry to provide the foundation for her position as Senior Vice President of Administration.

Pam has the responsibility of keeping the settlement process moving from start to finish. From acquiring quotes, finalizing confirming agreements, to answering your many questions, Pam is the mainstay of a support system that provides the assistance our valued clients deserve. She also attends mediations and minor prove-up hearings.
