Case Size Suitability
The minimum annuity premium that some
insurance companies will accept for a Structured Settlement is $5,000. However,
there are instances where those insurance companies will accept less than
$5,000 for the annuity premium. This is on a case by case review.
Subject to the approval of the various insuance companies, there is no
cap to the amount of annuity premium that can be used to fund a Strucured
Settlement.
