DON E. WEEKS, CEO  of Structured Annuities, Inc., has over thirty-five years of experience in the insurance industry with special emphasis on annuities and employee benefits. Don has been involved in the negotiation of serious personal injury claims utilizing the structured settlement concept for over twenty years which qualifies him as a pioneer in the industry.

Don also serves as President of Pension Planning Associates, Inc., a firm engaged in the design, installation and administration of qualified and non-qualified retirement plans.

Don is an Associate of the American Society of Pension Actuaries, a Charter, Life and Qualifying member of the Top of The Table, a Life and Qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table, National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors,   National Association of Pension Consultants and Administrators, Inc. and the National Structured Settlements Trade Association.

Don is an organizing Director and shareholder of Trinity Bank, N.A., the first new bank organized in West Fort Worth since 1984. He is a former Board Member of Allied/ First Interstate Bank of Fort Worth, Downtown (now Wells Fargo), a former member of the City of Fort Worth Zoning Commission and is a Board Member of the Southwestern Exposition and Livestock Show, and is the Founder and Chairman Emeritus of the Fort Worth Stock Show Syndicate that has raised over $13,000,000 for Texas 4H and FFA youth since 1980. Don is also a former "lay" member of the State Bar of Texas Disciplinary Review Committee and a former member of the Board of Governors of Shady Oaks Country Club and Chairman of the Golf Committee.
